Education Matters!

Bay Path’s programs are valuable for young women with career goals. Our academic programs provide education for growing, vital careers through bachelor’s and graduate degree programs. Learning in the classroom and learning in the real world go hand-in-hand at Bay Path. Courses are taught by faculty who are experts in their respective fields and prepare students for the global workforce.

All undergraduates are required to perform an internship, fieldwork or practicum—great “real-life” experiences steering students in the right direction by building knowledge and skills and leading to job opportunities. Through the Cooperative Education Experience, you can even earn 15 credits for working off-campus in a job related to your field of study. The result—you receive hands-on professional experience while receiving a paycheck for your work.

To help you gain an edge in your career—whether you are majoring in business or biology, Bay Path has established an Entrepreneurial Program that emphasizes creation and innovation. The program includes field trips, practical experience, fascinating lectures by entrepreneurs who have “made it,” opportunities to meet with decision-makers, and the chance to participate in exciting competitions.

Bay Path offers undergraduate students, who are enrolled in particular programs, opportunities to take graduate courses during their senior year. These courses will be applied to a student’s undergraduate degree as well as the appropriate Bay Path graduate degree program (after receiving acceptance to the graduate program). Depending upon the graduate program, it may be possible to complete your master’s degree in a year, allowing you to reduce graduate school costs and increase your value in the job market.

Bay Path ensures a private, higher education remains accessible and affordable to young women regardless of their level of financial need. The College offers a variety of scholarships, grants, and awards specifically and proactively awarded to potential students early in the admissions process.
