Scholarship with Experience
Our students graduate with a big advantage over those from other institutions.
The Employment Program at Delaware Valley College enables you to spend
24 weeks (960 hours) on jobs that are directly related to your major field
of study. This requirement enables the College to achieve a 96 percent
career placement rate for its graduates.
Delaware Valley Graduates hold leadership positions in such varied companies
as Pepsi, Merck, Marriott, Ford, AMC Movie Theatres, and the US Department
of Agriculture.
A Green Campus
The college operates approximately 30,000 square feet of greenhouses,
including the ultra-modern, computerized Arthur Poley Greenhouse Complex.
It also operates a field/container landscape nursery operation, lath houses,
and propagation facility that are used extensively in teaching. The campus
facilities are equipped to reflect state-of-the art standards and are
wired for network, Internet, and telecommunication access. The 50-acre
main campus, with its landscape plantings, specimens, and gardens, not
only offers students a superb surrounding in which to study, but the campus
environment provides an outstanding outdoor laboratory to be studied.

Take the Next Step
The best way to get to know a college is to take a tour and talk with
some students. The Delaware Valley College Office of Admissions offers
a variety of informational services, including guided tours. These tours
last about 45 minutes and are guided by current Del Val students.
