The Bucks County School of Beauty Culture inc. (BCSBC) seeks to provide state-of-the-art education and training in highly specialized fields to those students who meet its admissions requirements. Without regard to sex, race, age, religion or socio-economic status, the school offers the benefits of its instructional programs to those willing to attempt its rigorous curriculum. The school offers a comprehensive program, educating its students to work as Hairdressers, Estheticians (skin specialists), Manicurists, and Electrologists. Such programs require understanding of both the "art" and the "science" of beauty culture. Since such topics require a qualified faculty with broad knowledge the BCSBC aggressively recruits instructional personnel who can meet its high standards. The administration of BCSBC maintains that its instructional mission centers upon the teaching of both the theory and the practice of beauty culture. This belief derives from the fact that research, knowledge and styles continually change. Graduates will have to adapt to new technology and fashion trends. The school persistently avoids training for obsolescence; it trains its students so that they can "grow into" new approaches smoothly, by providing a solid foundation in the scientific principles which underline the techniques taught in the program.

Which will provide you with opportunities in all of the cosmetology related fields. The objective of the (A.S.T.) program is to provide students with the motivation to reach higher goals not typically sought in cosmetology programs. The (A.S.T.) program also documents and gives credentials to graduates having completed this schools most extensive curriculum. This program is offered to the graduate or professional wanting to continue their education, or to the new student wanting to reach the highest plateau in the study of Cosmetology.
The long-range mission of the institution is to provide a basis for life-long learning on the part of its graduates. Graduates must be able to assess their own needs in terms of technological equipment and training to meet the needs of a ever changing world. A current change that is likely to continue for the foreseeable future is the country's move from a manufacturing to a service economy. A long with the change, there is a strong interest on the part of many young people in entrepreneurship. These specific societal changes prompt the school's desire to meet those needs by strengthening the curriculum available to its graduates by offering a program which includes management topics in its basic curriculum.
Beauty Culture is a service industry, and those who are trained in its diverse aspects are ensured long-term and profitable employment.
