School Overview
The Center for Allied Health & Nursing Education was founded to address the growing shortage in healthcare workers being experienced in the State of New Jersey. It is our mission is to bridge the labor gap occurring in demand occupations and to train competent professionals who are well prepared to enter the job market.
We offer programs that provide our students with comprehensive instruction and training in healthcare fields. Our signature program is Practical Nursing.
The institution is licensed by The New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development and its Practical Nursing program is accredited by The New Jersey Board of Nursing.
The Center is located at 387 - 389 Main Street in Hackensack. Our Hackensack campus boasts approximately 14,500 square feet of classrooms, learning laboratories, computer training and administrative areas.

Program Offered
The Practical Nursing program has been developed to educate and prepare our students to perform tasks and undertake responsibilities core to the provision of providing health care, including health counseling, support and restorative care. Our program is comprehensive and includes both theory and clinical components to enable program graduates to develop the knowledge, skills and competencies necessary for practice. All clinical and lab experiences are conducted at a maximum 10:1 student to instructor ratio. Our team of expert instructors, all of whom are registered nurses with BSNs, are devoted to providing a professional and conducive learning environment in which our students can grow and become Practical Nurses.
The Center for Allied Health & Nursing Education's Practical Nurse Program is offered with various schedules to accommodate a range of applicants, including full-time day and part-time programs. We pride ourselves in helping candidates find their future and the most efficient manner in which to obtain it.
