Old Dominion University's partnership with employers, alumni, mentors, and the community provides a wealth of experience opportunities for students through student employment, internships, cooperative education, employer events and career fairs. The Career Advantage Program (CAP) incorporates a wide variety of career related activities and guarantees all undergraduate students a credit bearing, practical work experience related to their major.
