Ursuline College
The Ursuline campus is a small, intimate world with easy and convenient access, class sizes conducive to learning and is student focused.
The Ursuline student experience is an immersion into a high-touch world where, at every turn, a human and social connection is created by faculty, staff and administration. This nurturing environment encourages students to develop their values, find their voices and establish their vision for the future.
Ursuline offers the only graduate art therapy and counseling program in Ohio, the first palliative care nursing program in the country and is the only college that has a five-year (BA to MA) Historic Preservation program.
A world of mind and spirit immersion in education, community, leadership, values, citizenship and success, Ursuline teaches the empowerment of self. Ursuline, the only women-focused college in the state of Ohio and one of a relative few in the United States, has a long history of educating students with a strong sense of peace and justice.
Ursuline's stellar reputation in the area of health and human services education precedes itself. With ten programs to choose from in the health and human services arena, students benefit from the College's longstanding relationships with world class hospitals and healthcare organizations.
A legacy of educating and empowering students, Ursuline was one of the first Catholic women's liberal arts colleges in the United States. Founded in 1871, the institution has experienced more than 135 years of positive growth and fiscal responsibility.
Ursuline is a diverse world where students, faculty and staff celebrate and respect the similarities and differences in us all.
Ursuline is a Champions of Character Program Center (one of two in the state of Ohio) and is directly involved in instilling values in sports, both within the college and its surrounding community.
